This set is called "New Year 2 Border"

This is an optional border if you don't want to use the frame set up
however, the buttons on this page can be used for either the main
set or this set, its totally up to you.  You can also use the main set buttons
with this border if you would prefer.    I really don't mind.

You can use all the buttons and bars  from the main set on the border
set as I have only made one set of buttons and bars.
