I remember an Easter a long time ago
A new Lavender dress I was so proud to show

My sisters and I would color eggs one by one
Together we all had so much fun

Later we'd go on an Easter egg hunt
Searching everywhere ...  back yard and front

Candies and goodies galore
This was Easter .. it's meaning much more

Jesus sacrificed his life for you and me
Better people we must all try to be

May your heart be filled with serendipity
See the good in all that you see

Remember the meaning of this Easter Day
Take time out to give thanks, bow your head and pray
