Hi there, and welcome to our "Disclaimer"

All graphics that are within this site have been made using mainly PSP7.

We  have created all the graphics within the site, although we  have not created the
original pictures.  

We  have used many photographs which we  have obtained from CD's that 
 have been  purchased, from friends who have sent them from CD's they
have purchased.  We  have found many from the Net, claiming no copyrights,
which have been free to use.   All the pictures that do have a (c) we  have
wrote in the first instances to get permission to use them and  have credited
their work on the sets with all appropriate link backs.

If  we  have used anything that you feel is (C) then please email us,
We would be more than happy to credit your work.

The fonts and Dingbats  we have used in our sets, are again taken from Cds
 purchased, or downloaded from the net from sites offering
 the fonts and dingbats  for free with no restrictions.

The music that you can hear on our site, is purely there for your 
listening enjoyment, again picked up from free sites offering Midis.  They
do not form part of the set.

We have made some sets using tubes, which again has been collected of the Net
from places offering them without restrictions.  Many tubes have been collected
from these sites and kept in a folder called "tubes".  All were free at the time
of download.  We have also obtained tubes from cds that have been purchased.

We  have also used  some tubes from specific tube makers that
require a link for using their work.  We  have provided the required  link when I have
used these tubes, but again, if you think we have used anything which is copyrighted,
please let us know. Sometimes it is really difficult to know especially when I have
 collected the same tube, or similar  from different people who claim them as their own,
 or in fact when I find a tube that is (c) then I find it "free" on another site.

We  have also branched out now into making my own tubes which
I use purely for making my sets.

We shall endeavor to put on "My Links" page, some great tube
sites that offer their tubes unconditionally.  Unfortunately because they were free
at the time they were all saved to a folder marked "tubes" without me making
a note of where I got them from.

We  have also recently started to use java applets or effects in a few of
my sets.  Again, we have  put credits on the page where these java scripts are
available free for a link on the page you are using.

As with anybody making their own sets, unless we take our own photos
of anything and then use them to make the sets we are at the mercy of
lots of people from the net who take them, and put them up on their sites
with no copyright notices.  Sometime afterwards we have found the same picture
and found it belongs to well known Artists, at the time not known to us.
We endeavor to resolve this problem if people just let us know.

We  would like to say to all who is taking the time to read this Disclaimer,
We have had no intention of using (C) work without gaining permission or
crediting work when we use it.  PLEASE, we ask, if you see any work
we have created using something that is (C) and you see no credits,
E.mail me with the information so we can rectify it.
